Truly horrible people. Treating staff so badly that they are pushed into several mental breakdowns and are forced to leave for their own sanity. Then proceeding to be hostile towards customers who are according to them related to said staff member.nnYou cannot hold a grudge against people with the same surname.nnTo the staff who do not know this stores history I thank you for not assuming I am related to any former staff. I have a very common name so thanks for being so kind as I expect from Toolstation In general
Friendly staff great range of products to get majority of your jobs done always had in stock what I needed although not my first choice company when I'm getting stuff to do a job not because Toolstation does anything wrong just the other is my personal favourite but Toolstation is my second choice and i do always look online to se what my options are but I can't fault any of my experiences I had in store still a great place and would recommend anytime to anyone
I have purchased many things in recent weeks and found your member of staff Louise extremely knowledgeable with regard to your products. She is a credit to the company. Keep up the good work.
Used this great little store ever since it opened and staff are friendly and polite especially Louise who always goes the extra mile to get you the best value for your money and nothing is to much trouble. Won’t be going anywhere else GREAT STORE
Nice store, always first place to go for materials when I'm doing a job over the weekend. Seems to have good stock as they always have what's needed. Found Laura to be very helpful.
