Iain went above and beyond to help us yesterday. He was extremely polite and helpful in finding the last item in stock we were looking for . Unfortunately it was not where it should have been on the shelf but instead of just saying they didn’t have it, Iain took the time to search the warehouse and managed to find it saving us loads of time trying to source it somewhere else. Thanks Iain, you made our day!!
Poor customer service. They didn't have what I needed in stock. Only a part that wasn't checked properley when it was refunded from some other muppet who stole the parts. This seems to be constant with toolstation. As a regular customer i'm fed up with it. Staff need to be checking their parts regularly and not passing old second hand bits back to paying customers who have to drive miles and miles to get the correct parts. Not good enough!!! Im very close to not using toolstation as my regular suppliers anymore.
During my visit to the Toolstation at the Wycombe Trade Park branch, the store was very nice, clean and tidy.nnThe shelves are was fully stocked and easy to access as there was big clear labels.nnThe checkout staff was very friendly and very polite while serving and also asked to pack the bag.nnFrom the outside I thought it was going to be a small store but when I went inside it was a huge store with so many items to shop from.nnThe store had a huge carpark that had several outlet stores in the retail park that were sharing the same car park.
Iain was an absolutely fantastic staff member. Helped me find everything I needed and explained everything in a way that was really easy to understand. If you need gardening or crafts supplies, this shop has plenty things to choose from at a decent price for the quality.
Sully Was extremely helpful with helping me find relevant and alternative products. Very well mannered and I was very pleased with his service.
