I have taken time out of my day today to leave a review! I have been to plenty of Toolstations in my time as i travel around the country, and Gosport is a favourite. The staff were so welcoming especially Shannon who was helping me out this morning. She was extremely helpful with what I was looking for and I will be back here again soon!
Served by Connor today and he was very helpful managed to get my order and have it ready for me in absolutely no time what so ever. Very polite and mature. Always ends with a lovely send off which is amazing, overall staff are efficient and welcoming. Would recommend
This is a brilliant Toolstation. I needed some paint brushes in a hurry. I was heading to Fareham, but Toolstation was open and I thought I would try my luck. Fantastic! I got what I needed. Five different brushes. Staff were great - very helpful. Will definitely return again.
Love this branch they are so professional. Due to an error in click and collect I had to go to a newer store near by and it was not a good experience. Gosport is helpful, quick and always a cheery smile. Well done all especially Dave Hill who goes above and beyond
Come in today for a few bits. Staff went out of there way to help me when i couldn’t read the codes on the book. Shannon served me, excellent service! No complaints, my number one tool station to go to
Although the store were having problems with the payment system, this was explained fully by the staff on duty. Order was taken promptly and items arrived at desk within minutes. Excellent customer service under difficult circumstances. Will definitely use them again
While other companies were very fast to close there doors leaving self employed workers struggling for materials and putting strain on their on-going commitments. Toolstation stood strong, with social distancing measures in place and a easy to use click and collect service we was able to complete projects and get paid. The staff at Gosport branch have been fantastic, very professional, helpful and have gone above and beyond their duties to make the shopping experience as pain/stress free in these uncertain times. Thank you Gosport Toolstation, keep up the great work and I will see you many more times in the future I’m sure
Top shop. I came in today for a few things for some jobs around the house. I didn’t really know what I was looking for, but the helpful staff pointed me in the right direction for my needs once I told them what needs doing. Jobs all done in one day thanks to these guys.
So easy order online and pick up that simple prices are good ,and staff are always friendly and keen to help
This store has been a god send over the lock down and even before. Anything you need is a simple click away. The staff in store are all amazing, polite and go out of their way to help. Toolstation has helped many stay working and busy during the Covid crisis. The staff in this store have been put under lots of stress and pressure by irate customers venting frustration but I can not fault them, they do a fantastic job.
