It's very frustrating buying from this branch. There is never enough staff, even if you do click and collect you have to queue like everyone else. I had to wait 20 minutes and I was the 3rd in the queue. Some people left frustrated. There were at least 2 more people in the back moving stuff around. I understand that you got things to do at the back too, but if you have the queue up to the door maybe consider to come and help that poor guy that was alone at the front
Wonderful service. Great customer care. I was a bit of a handful customer today as I didn’t have a clue what the item was called what I needed. Jodie the store manager was able to provide me with much needed help. Thank you for being patient with me today. Highly recommend
Best branch out there. 9/10 they have the right stock if not it's there the next day.nEveryone is very helpful they even read things out to me as I can't properly. The whole team go the extra mile the manager is a great guy and especially Emma always happy to help me out
Best branch of toolstation I have been too, and will go out of my way to come back here if I ever need anything. Exceptionally polite staff and great customer service. This is epoitomised by Jodie, who I believe is the branch manager there! He couldn't do more for me, and showed exceptional product knowledge to help me out with what I needed. Made me feel feel comfortable and like I wasn't just another customer that could be upsold. He is a credit to the business as is this branch.
Got everything I needed at great prices and excellent customer service! Jodie was particularly helpful. Would highly recommend this place!
