Always a great experience at Toolstation Boston Unit 2, Lister Way. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and really know their stuff. Big shout-out to Marcus who’s served me a couple of times now—always polite, helpful, and a real credit to the team. Same goes for the rest of the staff—top-notch service every time. Toolstation should be proud of having such a solid, professional team.nnI’ve also ordered online a few times and the next-day delivery is super fast and very convenient. Can’t fault it. Highly recommend.
Fantastic service at Toolstation today. Trudy was helpful in giving me advice about the best products for my project. I looked at the reviews and there were over 600, five* positive reviews.nnBought a Heavy Duty Round PVC conduit, which was the right one to enable the electrician to complete the work, and a box of interior filler.
store manager Trudy needs more training instead of thinking she is miss toolstation. avoid this store at all costs.
Good great staff just didn't have what I wanted so went to B&Q instead
Ordered item Sunday night, received text 7.10am bank holiday Monday, to say 'ready for collection'. Before setting out Ordered another item. 5 mins later received text 'ready for collection'. Excellent service. However on return home found one item didn't fit what I needed. Returned it next day but there wasn't a suitable alternative. Money refunded immediately without any hesitation. Doubly excellent. Happy to recommend.
