Great selection of camping gear, tents and caravan accessories set in the beautiful grounds of Woburn Abbey. Not the easiest place to find but well worth a visit. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices and very easy parking.
This shop is mainly for tent camping supplies, but a lot of products will cross over to Caravan and Motorhome requirements. The service is excellent.
We love Tony Wild's. We have been coming for years and hopefully will continue to visit for many more to come. You won't find a more helpful, friendly bunch of people anywhere in the industry and the prices are great too. We have bought 2 tent packages there over the years, we've price checked with the big camping superstore and Tony is still competitive, even for a small business.
Great shop and friendly staff. They have a huge array of camping gizmos that solve so many camping issues. Lots of space saving ideas for the caravan. They also have metal detecting equipment which I have always been interested in trying. Had a very interesting chat about that too.
Just getting back on it's feet after Covid, so limited on the tents on display, but still the best in the area. Expert advice, lots of ancillary goods too. It's in Woburn park so beautiful setting. If you are new to camping it's an ideal place to go to get honest advice.
The team are knowledgeable about all things camping and are happy to help all customers. You'll get a warm welcome from Steve and Sara, as well as Ted, their gentle dog. They will guide you through the ins and outs of the tents and trailer tents they have available. You just cannot find experienced campers like them on the high street.
Bought an ex display tent, very happy with it. We went back 4 weeks later & got the offer of the footprint & carpet for £50! Ended up buying lots more as so much choice at good prices. Great to have somewhere close by to go for all our camping needs plus the owners are great. Thank you .
Sadly it is an outwell stockist only. Not as many tents as previous visits , so its very biased. But shop is still as good.
Visited today, we drove past two major camping retailers to get to Tony wild, and an hour and a half later, when we arrived, straight away we knew we were in the right place to do a deal, the tent we wanted was not in stock but that didn't stop these guys doing everything they could to accommodate us with a better tent at a great price. We bought the last tent of the upgraded one we wanted when another guy actually came to collect it as he emailed at the same time, they honoured our deal and offered the other buyer a good deal also so everyone did well! Great knowledge on all products and friendly service you just don't get with a national chain. The demo tents etc are actually in good condition despite other people's comments on here, you have to appreciate that they get a lot of abuse and footfall. I will definitely be coming back and I'd recommend to anyone, they're Genuine, hard working and offer value for money, what more do you want?? :-
Small store, but stocked with all the essential items I needed and others besides which I couldn't find at the big outdoor stockist. Staff were very willing to help with advice and loading items into your vehicle. My new 'go to' store. Opening hours are different to most other stores so check before you travel.
