Family run, with Tony himself at the stove, the restaurant has developed a loyal following for its home-cooked dishes that are made from scratch every day. The restaurant is warm and welcoming with a traditional décor featuring red chequered tablecloths and candles in wine bottles. Lunch and early evening see a set 3 course menu in operation at just £8.95 with freshly made pizzas from £6.95. Pastas all made to order are also extremely popular and finished with quality grated parmesan. Tony’s has a reputation for its prime steaks and fresh fish such as sea bass, king prawns and halibut. The wine list is mainly Italian and features house wines by ½ litre and 1 litre carafes. Popular with larger parties and celebrations as well as for a romantic dinner.
