This is what Sithonia is all about, finding perfect little gems like this. We are ninth time in Sithonia, and only this year we found out this pinnacle of Greek cuisine. Local wine, service, and food, everything was perfect Food: 5/5
Truly some of the best fish we have ever eaten. The printed menu looked fine and we ordered the standard Greek Salad and some fries. Can’t go wrong. The salad was yummy but honestly we haven’t had a bad one in Greece. The ‘fries’ were something else. A massive plate of sliced potato chips that looked like what we would call in the UK crisps. They were crunchy in places, soft in places and simply delicious! We wanted a local fish caught that day so were invited to choose from a selection behind the counter, we went for the red snapper which was cooked to perfection and served with a lemon oil sauce. Seriously, absolutely amazing. Thank you!!!
Excellent food with fine chef's approuch. Ordinary meals looked different and more tasty. Compliments. Service was fine and all meals were delicious. Local wine was very nice and bottled, which was a nice surprise. This tavern is definitely for recomendation.
Bad, bad food experience. Spaghetti with shrimps, simply disgusting. Fried shrimp just barely acceptable. Bottom line, do not go there for fish or seafood. Maybe you order meat pork. The beefsteak was as tough as shoe sole. Kitchen won't adjust to any request for change enhancement. Really hot and uncomfortable, they did not suggest to seat on the cooler side of the premises, horrible service left in the hands of three teenagers girls do not know left from right. There are hundreds or better tavernas in the areas, do yourself a favor, do not go here.
Not value for money. Very expensive food for no reason. Not even by the sea. First time in my life I find cheese at the price of 15 euros in a Greek tavern. Everything was really salty, making us also think that fish wasn't fresh. Spaghetti with shrimps was a little bit salty too but delicious.Food: 3/5
This is the only tavern that was in the Simonitiko bay area. So prices are a bit higher compared to the regular tavern's. Sea food and fish are fresh. You can get a complementary dessert. Kid-friendliness: There are two swings for kids. Parking: A lot of free parking because it is in the middle of nowhere.
Averadge food and servise and we didn’t like the atmosohere. We don’t have a wish to come back. Nice pool is outside but only for watching…Food: 3/5
You really have to come here. The terrace is between olive trees, quiet place, the beach close to restaurant. But the food...unbelievable awesome! We took the fish plate for 2 persons. The house wine brought in very nice long bottles we wanted to take at home. You really have to visit them! Regards from a Romanian couple.
Steady quality and value over the years. I keep visiting this place every summer with no single letdown. A clean 5-star from me. Top dish: prawn spaghetti garidomakaronada.
Amazing place! Best fried calamari ever for real and the Greek salad is indeed huge. That’s exactly why we come to Greece! I’d pay double for that but experience!
