The food was nice and we enjoyed it so much. First time dining there. Unfortunately, the place is very dirty, you can smell that dirt in the air. Lots of dust everywhere, cobwebs on the lamps, and lots of dirt everywhere. Windows need proper clean, too. Bathroom dirty as well. I would like to go there again, but I don't want to experience the cleaning issue ever again. I don't even want to think or see how dirty the kitchen is, as probably is.
Food: Ribs were fine but BBQ sauce was like a bad gravy. Onion rings were like frozen supermarket ones. Chips were overcooked but told "that's how they come out here". Service: Pleasant but very slow in serving drinks despite the restaurant being almost empty. Servers didn't ask how food or everything was for us. Service charge automatically added. Atmosphere: Nice decor and upbeat music at nice medium volume.
The options available on the menu are wide and varied. It is clean, tidy and the staff were polite. We had a good dining experience overall.
Standard average chain restaurant, it's good for bringing children along. The food is hit or miss, seems chicken dishes are cooked very well while everything else is very average. Garlic bread was over toasted and felt like eating sandpaper. Mash potatoes were tasteless, but the sauteed potatoes were great.
Went to grab a small portion for quick lunch so just ordered creamy lemon prawns with rice from the starters menu. Though it looks like a simple dish, it had a rich flavour and loved the tangy cream.Food: 4/5
Fantastic Service! Food was QUITE GOOD! In fact, I NEVER take photos of food, and I took a photo of this Raspberry Cheesecake that was the finest I have ever consumed! It was definitely one of the top 10 meals we enjoyed in our tour of Scotland!Food: 5/5
Best pizza in town lovely staff attentive and friendly Unfortunately, the restaurant was cold when we came in . But overall lovely food .Will be back again soonFood: 5/5
Me and my friend came here tonight hoping for a nice meal only to be sorely disappointed, for starters I ordered the bruschetta pomadoro and it was like tinned tomatoes on toast my friend ordered the fungi fritti they were burnt to a crisp, cheese was nowhere to be seen as it was so over done, only gave her 3 when should have been 4. For main I got the penne condintina and my friend ordered the carbonara. Both very very bland to the point we were over doing it with salt to add some sort of flavour something we never do totally tasteless. We used to come here all the time but can definitely say we won’t be back. Also the 10% service charge automatically added to the bill I find very cheeky a tip should be optional.
Kids meal for £8 was tiny. Burger and chips was bang average, tasted like a freezer burger. Diet coke was flat and they add on a 10 percent service charge without asking hoping you will be too embarrassed to ask to take it off. I always usually tip, but I don't like it being decided for me and just added on.Food: 2/5
Took us only a little while to get ordered. Food was sent out very quick, and devoured very quick. Great portion sizes and extremely tasty food. Would definitely recommend. Ordered Spicy Pollo Burger with sweet potato fries photo Kid-friendliness: High chairs and kids menu readily available
