It takes a unique and professional team of people to provide a service such as this at a time when you are grieving and need to be able to trust that your loved one will be treated with dignity and respect in their care. At a very difficult time for us when we had sadly lost our precious daughter we were guided through each stage of the process with such genuine care and compassion that it made the whole terrible situation as bearable as it could possibly be,nothing was too much trouble whatever we asked. In fact I can honestly say that without the kindness and help of Fiona I don’t know how I would have got through the weeks both before and after the funeral,she truly did empathise and made you feel that she would do anything she could to help and really did,thank you all.
Well what more can I say, we are eternity great full that you looked after Aidan Whittakers funeral for us.Fiona looked after us and rang to see if we needed anything .Thanks to Gilly for looking after Aidan. And to the gentleman who drove use to the crem.who was so caring and helpful. I know Aidan would have been proud of the send off he had.Thanks to you all, you went above and beyond xx
I cannot thank fiona and the team enough for all the care and compassion i have recieved throughout using there services in june for my dads funeral and then december for my step dads funeral... 100% recommend this company by far the care you recieve from that very first phone call right to then end. We can’t thank Fiona and the team enough for their care and compassion they showed us during the time of our mother, Marjorie’s passing. From that first phone call we felt we were in safe hands. They guided us from start to finish and gave our mother the send off she truly deserved. Fiona in particularly gave us a suggestion regarding the Order of Service that gave it a personal touch and made a beautiful tribute to Mum from Dad. You guys thought of everything. From our first contact with Fiona, we felt like we were in safe hands. It is incredibly hard having to organise a funeral but all of the team there were so welcoming and supportive it just made it so much easier. We were communicated with at every step of the way and can whole heartedly say that we trusted everything that the team said or did, and they delivered on every single promise. At the funeral, our director Nigel became visibly emotional but was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the whole time, but knowing that he felt our pain too just made it feel like we were all part of a family and sharing the emotions together, and not just a client they were providing services too. I cannot thank the whole team enough for all their support in such a difficult time.
Having been to many funerals, this company is far in front of any I have seen so far. There was nothing that they would not do for us. They contacted us on a regular basis not only to check facts but to generally see how the family were coping and to offer help if we needed it. The ceremony was perfection itself with a Humanist Service and everything went like clockwork. I would highly recommend Tony Fagan & Sons for every type of funeral arrangement. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their staff.
