Usually a really good chippy, unfortunately not tonight. Fish supper, the batter was not crispy and the fish did not fall apart. Very disappointed Special fish, over cooked and again fish did not fall apart. Sausage greasy, floppy and the batter was soggy. Onion rings soggy and floppy. Mozzarella sticks again soggy and floppy. We had pre-ordered, DONT this had obviously been kept warm until it was time to go.
Best fritters ever. Favorite chippy in the Wishaw /Glasgow area. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5
Toni's chip shop, been getting occasional suppers at the weekend delivered from here, very quick, food hot and no other word than delicious. Very well priced and never had a bad meal. Recommend the bacon cheese burger with salad, coleslaw and relish. Big fan of burgers and have eaten many around the whole of Britain and abroad but Toni's is the best in my opinion. Chef by trade myself so know what talking about. Have eaten in on many occasions and staff very friendly and helpful and eating area spotless clean. Highly recommended.

I came on to write a review after some shockingly poor service and wasn’t surprised to find more reviews about the same thing. I’ve ordered from here at night a few times and did so last night having forgotten how bad it had been previously. Last night though takes the biscuit! Having accepted my order at 23.50hrs, taken my money, including that cheeky service charge and overpriced delivery charge I could get a taxi up and back for less! 8 minutes short of an hour later, Maria & her bunch sent me the wrong meals and told me when I phoned to complain that I should be grateful of getting anything!! Steer clear of this place fellow Wishites, it’s gone right down hill in recent years and the very fact the owner doesn’t seem to have any fritters left to give just shows the quality of the food. Very disappointing.
I've just received the Special Fish Supper & a King Rib Supper & it's absolutely horrible. The chips are not fresh neither was the King Rib. My fish had a horrible taste to it,like it had been in something that was not cleaned properly. It only came here about 15 minutes ago & we just had to throw them in the bin. What a waste of money. They say 5 more orders to get 50% off.They won't be getting more orders if their grub stays like that i'd rather pay more to get a meal we can eat.
Absolute joke of an establishment! Phoned up & ordered - when i turned up to collect, they got my order mixed up with someone else's. So i returned the order & the old balding male member of staff tried to blame it on me - why? I have no idea. I can't stress enough their incompetence - how hard is it to get an order correct? How's about reading it back to me, maybe? I even told them the name I ordered under and they still got it wrong! Abysmal customer service & inability to accept when they're wrong - an apology can go a long way. I see a lot of the recent reviews here are scathing this place - I'm really not surprised and fully expect this place to keep going downhill if they have no respect for the people that keep their business operating! As for the food? Mediocre at best, fish was alright but chips were rather bland. Definitely better places to go!
The staff aren't very sociable and have a reputation of being rude but I like that it's both open very late and delivers really late.
