I go to Toni and Guy Newark regularly. All the staff are unfailingly friendly , professional and efficient. There is always an initial consultation to assess how I want my hair done. Jim , the Director always does a fantastic cut and blow dry. I would recommend the salon completely....

I always walk away afterwards with a great cut. Whenever I have a colour done it is completed professionally. The staff are all very friendly and look after the clients well. The manager is very approachable and knowledgable and puts clients at ease. I have recommended T&G Newark to friends and they have all commented positively on their experiences.

I accompanied my mum to her hair appointment last week here at toni and guy newark the franchise manager of this store came up to greet us with one of the most falsified smiled ive seen in my exsistance to date after generally pissing me off with his face he proceeded in the extensions we had came for may I add these looked DEAD and began falling out of her head almost immediately after leaving I also remeber over hearing some of the rude employees mocking her as she was sat in the choppin chair saying things such as "more hair on robin Williams knuckles" and "Have u still got that gram in your bag"??? If anyone knows what thia could mean pls advise

The FRANCHIZE manager of this shop is the most arrogant and self centred bully I have ever met in my life , constantly smirked as my PREGNANT sister wept in the chair.and this man constantly just made excuse after excuse just stating he would remove the extentions which looked like a 5 year old had applied them which my sister had paid£ 550.!he admitted it needed styling (styling 😬😬looked worse than his ) he pretended he was doing us a favour by pulling them out ,5 had fell out within 3 days ,I would highly recommend not to presume this shop is ov tony and guy standard they are horrendous and left a pregnant female not wanting to leave the house and drained ov confidence !
