Ordered from here loads of times and not had a problem until my husband went in instead of ordering online, he wouldn't serve him 3 portions of chips because he was busy. My husband would of waited but no he just turned custom down. Tong feng we were good customers but no more absolutely disappointed in your service
Food arrived 1hr 50 mins after ordering. It was cold and didn't taste anything like it should have. My 'free' item was missing too. Ended up in the bin. Would never order from here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND
The order was incomplete, so I telephoned the takeaway to inform them. They said to wait and they would return with the rest of the order, but as it had taken so long to deliver initially we didn't want to wait. I said that the incomplete order had spoilt the meal so not to bother and I would leave negative feedback as this wasn't the first time that this had happened. The gentleman on the phone said that I should leave a bad review as he wasn't bothered and told me not to order from them again.... I was amazed as I have never been spoken to like that before and I certainly won't be ordering from them again..Customer service is a joke. don't use this company for a takeaway, plenty more who want your business.
Ordered a few times through Just Eat never had any issues. Set meal for two is much better than Set meal 3 for its flavours so we just order crispy duck as well as set meal for 2 as there are more than two of us and it's plenty
Incredibly inconsistent with the food quality. Tonight they sent overcooked chicken and tofu so old and dry it looks days old. When they get it right, it's good, but this is one time too many. Ordering from here is like rolling dice.
Went into the store, not being my first time and ordered the usual and the man was very rude, after paying i asked for ketchup he refused although i could see them. He also refused to let me read the newspaper and then stated "he doesnt like students, get out my shop". At the end of the day i am a customer.
Flavoursome food with favourable portions and all at a fair price. Let down by the owner’s temperament which is augmented by a poor telephone line. A safe bet nonetheless, if you must.
Poor service! Cancelled after waiting 3hrs with just eat. Nobody answered phone and was really hard to get a refund. Avoid at all cost!
Very polite when my order is taken, and is very polite and compassionate to my grandmother who also loves Chinese food when she comes with me to order during the late hours of the day. VERY good food and even my younger brother loves it and he isn't even keen on Chinese food
Always really friendly and the food is always good. Never had a problem with my order but if I did I get the feel they would sort it without problem.
