I had a very disappointing experience at this Tommy Hilfiger store. One of the employees was extremely rude and lacked any sense of professionalism. She was dismissive and unhelpful, to the point where another employee had to step in and assist me. It seemed like she was acting as if she was in charge, while the other staff members were at least trying to understand my issue and help. I hope the store management addresses this behavior, as it does not reflect well on the brand or the customer experience.
One of the worst customer services received so far in London, Ontario. After reading the reviews also, I agree totally. This outlet undoubtedly receives the tag of worst service provider. I visited the store today and greeted by a brown, curly haired, average height rude girl ,she didn’t tell her name that’s why providing description so that she can be fired immediately otherwise she will ruin the reputation of one of the top most brands in the world. She was not only rude but also unhelpful to everyone in the store what I noticed. She should be taught that never argue with the customer. Customer is always right, respect them if you want to earn respect. Customer is the one who is paying your salary indirectly. Her misbehaviour was shocking, why such employees are hired. Are their actions and behaviour ever monitored? I can’t even erase the incident from my mind how rudely she behaved with me and insulted many customers. I want to rate zero star but I have to give minimum one. Her behaviour is unacceptable.
Great quality and design. It has lots of sale items when we visited. Many selections and new designs. We enjoyed it. I love the bags too. Staff are nice, helpful and attentive. Lots of parking. Prize is reasonable.
I was best custmer for this store I order in morthan $1000 item in 2 days ...but thy chinge price in one day from 50% off to 30% at time I tray buy I talked to super visore was very bad custmer servies...I hop from the manger better custmer servies thanks 12/07/2024
As a fond and loyal long-term customer of the Tommy Hilfiger brand, my recent experience at their store on Friday, February 23, 2024, was incredibly disappointing. Despite my loyalty, the service I received was abysmal. Upon entering, neither of the two employees at the entrance acknowledged us. Throughout my time in the store, the manager, identifiable by her blonde ponytail, walked by engrossed in her phone, neglecting customers. With more than four employees present and no other customers, the lack of attention was shocking. Additionally, I encountered misleading pricing on the shelves, though rectified at the checkout. It’s disheartening to see such poor service from a brand I’ve supported for so long.
I bought a T Shirt from this store and I found that there was a small hole in the back. The store refused to exchange the item and I was told by the store manager that it was against their policy. I am really surprised to see how a well known brand like TH is behaving like cheap small businesses. They might saved couple of ten bucks on the T Shirt but they lost a customer. I highly advise not to buy from this store as their post service level is very bad.
I was one of the loyal customers to the store. But now the store lose me as a customer. They have very bad customer service. The supervisor is very rude. I was willing to speak with the manager in the next following day. She did not give me a specific time to meet her. Before I do the return she refused to sell me the small size. After I did the return the item and I was asking her questions which she does not sure what she is talking about. She even does not understand the return and exchange policy. She said the return policy 10 days and receipt indicates 45 days. Tommy do you want to lose many of your customers because of one of your supervisor that you did not teach her the customer service well? Thank you for your great experience!!!!
Went shopping on January 29th at about 7:30 PM. Had a bad experience with customer service. The woman at the checkout was unfriendly. It’s confusing why someone who doesn’t enjoy interacting with customers would choose a job in customer service.
Bad experience with the costumers service. Very unfriendly. If I was undercover owner, I would fire fee people.
