Great breakfast….the waffles and full Scottish were excellent…good coffee and fast service.
Stopped in for lunch over the weekend, got a vegetable tart and fiancé got a burger. Both enjoyed the food! The chips are an interesting cut almost in a v shape which gives extra surface for crispiness! Very tasty. From their selection of sweet treats we ordered a lemon meringue tart very good and a slice of treacle tart as I've never tried it before. Don't know what I expected but it was way too sweet for me! If you have a major sweet tooth though you'll like it and maybe with a bitter coffee to break the sweetness. It was also a bigger place than we expected and seemed dog friendly by the number of dogs outside which is always a plus! Would love to hear some background music being played but have noticed that's not common in UK
This place is a tad pricey but I guess it is a service station type stop so it's expected. The hot chocolate is so good though it is most definitely worth it. We all loved it and it was served quickly. Was swell. Wasn't too busy this time either. Food was good last time however we didn't have time to get anything this stop.Food: 4/5
Fantastic place to stop off for a bit to eat. Fantastic, friendly atmosphere with great staff and a great choice of food and drinks. Lovely choice of little gifts/souvenirs and cards for any occasion. Definitely worth a visitFood: 5/5
A pit stop to look forward to. Stopped for a coffee and cake, but decided to lunch on homemade fishcakes as well. Friendly staff and bright and fresh decor with plenty of food options from good to naughty!
Stopped for breakfast, went into a separate shed as had the dog with us, this area was dirty with tables not cleaned from previous day, ended up sitting outside instead, so we could enjoy some light as it was so dark in there. Food was OK, nothing special. Overall I found the cafe a bit of a cold atmosphere when inside.

Very helpful and friendly, rocked up with our dog and there is a separate summerhouse which was great as it was chucking it down. Great selection of food including Gluten Free options Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options
There were a lot less options on the menu, compared to our last visit seasonal thing?? . The food was fine and the staff were helpful and friendly.Food: 3/5
