My family were recently bereaved, and I wondered which undertakers to trust at such an important time. After much debate we decided to go with Tom Ross and Sons because they have their own chapel and I am very glad we did because the professionalism and care extended to us was exceptional. Callum and staff made the process so very straightforward: every request we had was tentatively executed and nothing we asked for was ever too much bother. Tom Ross and Sons make you feel supported at every moment and the family will now, never go with anyone else.

This company was so helpful and I can't recommend them enough. The quality of service was second to none. It is always a sad time when you require these services, but Tom Ross & Sons were a pleasure to deal with, and handled our requests with a sympathetic and professional attitude. Highly recommended.

Losing our family member was a heartbreaking and stressful period, having to organise a funeral when burdened by the loss of someone so close, was almost too much to bear. Thankfully in choosing Tom Ross and Sons as our funeral directors, they made the process incredibly straight forward. They brought with them a professional and considerate manner that was appreciated greatly within our family. We will be sticking with them as our Funeral Director of choice, and we highly recommend them to others.
