I have been training with Tom 4 times a week for the last 12 weeks and can honestly say the results so far are very pleasing. When I first started training had trouble with my squat technique due to tight calves but Tom has helped fix this with lots of mobility work. I had personal trainers in the past best but Tom is by far the best I’ve had. Tom is patient, motivational, and easy to train with and has a fantastic work ethic. I would recommend Tom to anyone pursuing a personal trainer – he will help you reach your goals. I am looking forward to training more with Tom over the coming year.
Tom is an excellent personal trainer that is passionate about what he does. I have never done any form of weight training so I was a bit nervous but he put me at ease straight away. He asked me what I wanted to achieve and made sure I was doing the technique correctly to prevent injury. I found Tom very motivating and he made me push myself. I really enjoyed the sessions and it's made me grow in confidence to do more weight training to help achieve my goals.
I heard about Tom through a friend who had trained with him and had achieved some great results so got in contact with him myself. From our first session Tom made sure to find out what my personal goals were, along with strengths and weaknesses, then tailored my plan to these. Having never done any form of weight training, and always having been apprehensive about where to begin, he taught me the fundamentals of key moves ensuring that my form was correct before increasing any weight or resistance. Our sessions have always been really varied and his encouragement has hugely helped me grow in confidence and push myself further to achieve my goals!
Amazing personal trainer. I had no clue about body building and Tom showed me the ropes to the most important fundamental exercises of power lifting - my squats and deadlifts have more than DOUBLED in my first month. My goals were to have a stronger lower body - back and legs, Tom helped me achieve great results, regardless of having back and knee injuries! This trainer trains you at YOUR pace and still gets you the results you deserve, as long as you devote yourself to the gym and diet guidelines he personally designs for you. If you're new to the gym or am looking to train injury-free then you should definitely give his sessions a try, you won't regret it!
I've been training with Tom 3/4 times per week for few months now. He is brilliant at his job - always very professional and has really given me the push that I needed to achieve my body goals. Highly recommended.
I'd highly recommend Tom. Friendly, down to earth and all round nice guy who has really helped me develop myself and progress. After years of failing with weight loss and trying to get in shape, thanks to Tom I've finally succeeded, and will never look back. Appointment times are also really flexible, which is ideal for people like me! with a busy life. He's also not afraid to give you some 'gentle motivation' or what I need, a kick up the arse, when you doubt yourself training. Cheers Tom!
Started training with Tom a while ago now and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Before I started training I never really had the confidence or knowledge to go into a gym. Tom has really invested in helping improve every aspect of my training including nutritional advice which has helped me to see some serious progression. Considering I started with no strength or ability he never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed which was really important for me
Thanks to Tom's wealth of knowledge on training and nutrition, I couldn't be happier with the results I've had. He motivates me to complete every one of my sessions to the fullest of my abilities. If you are looking for a personal trainer, I would highly recommend Tom.
Tom has been absolutely brilliant in motivating me to push myself to greater heights. During each and every exercise he pays great attention to ensuring that exercises are done right. While he pushes and demands, he also keeps a watchful eye to ensure safety and never fails to make me as a client feel at ease.
I have loved working out with Tom. I have never lifted weights before but can honestly say it is something I have really enjoyed. Tom is informative and motivational and has really pushed me each week to progress and see changes.
