I agree with  the previous  two people  I just read...no one there to take a call and no means  to leave  a message.  Also is it really  open  till 4 am as it states...Fulwell  says 9am to 4pm...do you need to check  website, I wonder? Edit...however  once I'd worked out  the time was wrong  on website  and recalled  during  actual opening  hours  caller was as helpful  as could be.  Upping  star rating to 3....I'm guessing  Website might still need  checking.

My son left his school bag on S3. I called the garage and left a message. They called the school to inform  they had our bag before realising I left a message. The lady who called me back was a star. Very kind and polite. Super professional.  Thank you Team :-

I would like to thank employers who work with honesty and honesty. A week ago, my son lost his phone on one of the buses heading to Kingston, and after an hour someone answered my calls, saying, Hello, I am the bus driver. I have a mobile phone and you can take it from the bus garage, and this is what happened.  I went down the day tomorrow and picked up the phone from the lost property office so I would like to thank the K2 driver.  And also to all the drivers. Thanks to Surbiton Garage.

They found my bag and lap top on the bus... very nice chap Gary rang me to say it had been found it was my work lap top and mine... I cried .. I was so happy... they did a lot of stuff people do hand into the drivers... including someone had left a pram on the bus... how can you lose a pram... luckily not the baby !!!* can't believe my luck !!!*

Went to pick up a something I had lost on a bus the night before. The staff were all polite and really helpful and I was able to get my possessions back. My only criticism is that I attempted to call several times in the morning to enquire about the lost property and the phone rang through every time - it would have put my mind at ease to know that it was there and safe rather than coming down on a hope and prayer. Regardless I am massively grateful to everyone involved in keeping my stuff safe and getting it back to me.  Merry Christmas and thanks again, JJ

Amazing service on all the routes they had between 2008-2023 especially the 57 and 131 with the good old buses

Hopeless communication. They want people to visit? They have to be crazy! Why offer a phone number if they don't answer? If they can't do that why not have an on line alternative

Easy to find no one knows who's who not many persons around
