Had a niggle with my car whilst on holiday in the lakes, dropped it off with no appointment and they were happy to take a look for me. Although the problem couldn't be fixed there and then they didn't charge me for their time and were very helpful and full of advice. Excellent service.

Always friendly and helpful, took my car here for several years when working in the village and always experienced good service.

I took my car in to have a quick check of the brake fluid level, as when I had checked the previous night by torch (after hearing an odd noise when parking), it looked low. This eventually resulted in a bill of £38.

I left my phone number with the garage and came back 4 hours after dropping it off, to have no news about my car. I came back another 4 hours later when I finished work to be told that the brake fluid level was fine and it was just hard to see. 
They'd also topped up my oil (which I have at home) and my coolant by 0.25L . At no point did I ask them to check these, nor was I called about them topping them up for me. I also know that Kwik Fit stores will refill up to 1 L of oil etc for free.

Absolutely extortionate service, who will provide you with unnecessary tests and services beyond what you asked for and at a higher rate than other garages. Would never use again.
