I purchased 2 sensor bins from this companies EBay store on a Thursday evening. I paid £10 extra for a 24hr delivery service. The item on dispatch was scheduled for the following Monday (in excess of 80hrs)- which was the delivery date for standard free delivery.
Customer services claimed that this was because Saturday was a “non working day” (despite DPD offering 24hr delivery on a Saturday)- and it was my fault for not reading the small print. They only offered for me to cancel and re-order (the following day), thus delaying delivery further.
The general tone of customer service was smug, very unsympathetic and sarcastic- with ultimately no sympathy that I had paid £10 for a service that delivered on the same day as a free delivery, and definitely no sympathy that I was expecting my products on Saturday (ready for our first guests at our new place). 
If you are buying an item, that may require an enquiry or customer care, I would personally recommend avoiding this company.

Sells damaged goods on eBay. But goods are more damaged than stated. Only accepts cash in collection. U only find out how damaged they are until u collect goods.
