Absolute rubbish . Worst delivery I have ever had. I had a shower cubicle delivered to my home. Delivery driver refused to bring it into my house when asked. He was going to leave it on doorstep which is on the main road. He said he wasn't allowed into house. I he was going to shove this huge heavy box into my hallway and leave it for me to move. I am a 76 yr old widow living on my own. How was I supposed to move it. He would not help me put it into the room next to the front door out of the way. He was the most disagreeable. Unhelpful man I have ever known. I had to ask a young man passing by if he would help me get the parcel into my house it weighed a ton. I am disgusted by the drivers attitude surely a bit of common sense and help wouldn't go a miss. He could see I was unable to move it or have it left inside my door. Never had a delivery man so nasty and unhelpful . I have reported him to the store I bought the shower off I hope they never use T N T again. Worst firm ever.
