If I could give this company a 0 I would! It never shows up and if you call them to ask if the bus is actually running they are extreamly rude, at one point verbally abusive on the phone. Claim they have no drivers yet it's drivers answering the phones instead of providing the advertised services. Would recommend avoiding any services ran by this scam of a company.
I wonder if the T M stands for 'The Missing' Link? On Friday 17th March 2023 I arrived at Sheffield's Central Bus Exchange at 12:08pm within good time to catch the X54 Bus to Dinnington for its Scheduled Due Departure time of 12:20pm. I was pleased to see the said bus was parked up with the Driver on board and to all intents and purposes getting ready to simply sail into the Departure Stop maybe a few minutes before 12:20pm. I was a little surprised to see that the Driver had a Cigarette it was not a White Pen, White Lollypop Stick or anything other than an actual Cigarette, between his lips and pretruding from his mouth. However at the time I was only please to see that the Bus was in situ and looking forward to getting to my Destination on time. 'How Much More Wrong Could I Have Been?' That was not to be the case. At 12:30pm the Driver simply altered the Bus signage to read that of 'Sorry Bus Not In Service!' Now this Bus Service only runs every hour so the next expected Bus was then to be 1:20pm. At 12:30pm I and all the other Customers/Passengers moved to another Departure Point for a more trusted and reliable 'First Bus' Service. The X5 Service duly sailed into it expected departure point and left promptly on time. Although I then I had to walk some 20 minutes to get myself home at least this Bus did get me closer to my actual destination. I have written to the Bus Company and failing a reply, I will be contacting my MP, South Yorkshire's Mayor, The Local Newspaper , Bus Regulator and the CEO of TM Travel. A very, very Shoddy Level Of Service especially for anyone who was Planning to attend 'Thomas Rotherham College' or indeed even more disturbing either going to visit someone in 'Rotherham General Hospital' or missing a necessary appointment.
Customer Service could not have been better. I had left my airpod case on the bus by accident, had gotten off without realising i had missed my pocket. We rang the company, and they asked for the driver number, and contacted him, to which he had found my airpod case on the bus and held onto it for me. they told me they’d ring me back within the next half an hour. It took ten minutes before we got a phone call telling us which bus stop he would shortly come by to give me my airpods back, to which he had saved them in his pocket and gave me them back to me when meeting me at the bus stop. Great customer service, this was all handled within half an hour. Driver 713602.
I normally drive but cannot for medical reasons at the minute. Been using First Buses to get around for a month but this morning caught the 06.36. X7 at Bramley to Sheffield. Wow what a difference. Bus was on time, nice and warm and a fantastic friendly driver. Got to Sheffield in 30mins instead of the usual 1hr30min on First buses. Pity you don't run the service all day. Many Thanks.
Absolutely shocking the company should let their drivers know their route properly! The driver had to turn round and be instructed by passengers on where to go . This is unacceptable and ridiculous

It's a Trent Motors Repair Garage. I was just fuelling up the garage with diesel for the buses. Nothing special about it.
The 49/48 in Clay Cross, rarely bothers to turn up I am unsure why they bother having a timetable to be quite honest. The buses are every hour anyway and so you have to get the earliest bus to work possible, to avoid it not turning up and being late. The 6pm last bus comes at 5.40pm and then if noone is at the bus stop it drives off, doesn't even stop! Unfortunately, I live an hours walk away, Sundays there are no buses so I walk to and from work. Buses are supposed to be a better option than driving apparently, they are supposed to be cheaper than using a car and more environmentally friendly as in, if more people get the bus, there are less cars on the road. However, when they are so unreliable, what's the point of running them at all?! Sorry, bit of a rant there, but it is getting beyond a joke not everyone can afford to buy a property closer to work, or drive. Where I live there are no jobs, it's in the town centre 10 minutes away.
My son catches number 8 to school for the last few days hasn't turn up so he was late for school.
Complaint going in for dangerous driving. Got it on car video. Bus driver came dooming down on Malvern road chesterfield today 11.05.22 at 1655, passing parked cars with big gabs between them,we where coming up the hill with no park cars on our side Hence our right of way. He continued to drive down our side of the road when there was plenty of room for him to pull over to let us pass. He continued towards us in a aggresive manner shaking his fist at us. We where forced to reverse backwards cars coming up behind us. We have dash cam which we will take further.
