TM Property Services Agreed to electrical work, took money (£400) for materials which weren't bought, didn't provide any receipts. Took on work he was not capable of completing despite assurances. Time scale and quote for work were inaccurate, damaged the property by drilling through joists, gave the customer an electric shock. Took ceiling down, and left the house in a disgusting mess. Promised to come back and complete and didn't. Ignored phone calls. Demanded further payment prior to completion when had agreed to payment on completion. Job not completed, didn't stick to agreement and competency is doubtful.
