The guy who works there with the lazy eye is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. Starts huffing and puffing as soon as you need to look through the catalogue to check an item or if you ask him a question. Makes you feel very unwelcome.nWill be using another electrical supplier from now on.nnOn a good note, other members of staff I have dealt with here have all been helpful.
If you need something for electrics, cable, switches,lights,trunking those is the place to go, great staff, very helpful and always great advice!!
There's just not enough of shops like this anymore. Huge thanks to Dean who took the time to solve a problem thats taken me ages to work out. Forget the big stores if you need to help with lighting, you won't get better customer service than you'll get here.
Whilst obviously primarily geared up to supply professional electricians, the staff are incredibly helpful and, even though my orders are infrequent and small in value, they never make me feel that I don't belong there. Whilst it is a little further from home than other suppliers, thanks to the great service and prices, it is now my 'go to' shop for anything electrical.
Great branch with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always give good advice and suggest alternatives. Best points:- very low staff turnover and parking on forecourt or just outside on the road. Opens at 7:30 as well.
