I went this morning for two 4-gang light switches. The gentleman who served me could not have been more friendly or helpful.nIt was not a problem I was not trade and there was none of those patronising, sharp intakes of breaths you get elsewhere. Will definitely be going back for service and price.
My friend recommended TLC. I looked at spotlights on line to replace old ones. Had a few questions. I went to TLC showed what I wanted. Karl explained what would and wouldn't work as I have very limited knowledge of electrics. He was very helpful and polite a credit to the company. I bought what I needed and they are now fitted and working very well. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to use and recommend. Thank you TLC!
Excellent experience. I looked all over the place trying to find some telephone cable and this was the only place that sells it by the meter and at fantastic prices. When looking on their website you can see they sell everything. Their prices are great too. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Customer service was fantastic, really welcoming, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.
two sales guys were dishonest.nnone guy, who was asian said the floor was being worked on and so could not cut the cable.nanother seperately said the machine was broken.nnhad to buy full reels of three different sizes.nnis this TLCs policy to coax customers onto buying more than they need? I only went there because I needed less than a full reels of cable
I bought some ground lights from tlc basildon which unfortunately failed. I emailed my disappointment to Simon Branch Manager who I have to say was first class.nThe good news was that the product was still within the warranty period 2 years and he was happy to replace. No fuss.. no issues on return just a great service and staff which must be applauded...!!
