A reasonably big store considering the location, the unit is pretty massive with lots of choice. Checkout is slow but to be expected. Good selection of homewares.
Don't bother buying anything. The store is so poorly run. You won't get help if you need it You won't be served Don't shop here, it's a mess. How can someone run a shop so poorly? Are the staff even getting paid???
Great shop and great management although supervisors need to improve a lot the way they treat other staff. I had a really bad experience some time ago when I was about to pay at the cashiers downstairs... Suddenly a supervisor I think her name was Lucy with this fake nails had really bad manners and humiliating the staff working at the cashiers in front of me and other customers. I had the chance to talk to that poor lady at the cashiers who was devastated and she told me it was her first week working there!! This poor young lady only asked this supervisor what to do because a pair of jeans I wanted to buy the price was in dollars instead of pounds!? That is very unprofessional. Since then I never came back again! Today I still remind that ugly situation.
Bought a plus-size coat, and some Ralph Lauren tea towels! Could've spent more?!. They even do poo bags......and Guylian chocs?! Annoyingly near the till to make you spend more?!. They know EXACTLY what they're doing you know, to make you part with every bit of cash they can......crafty beggars?! Don't blame them after covid though #supportthehighstreet. Enjoy the bargains!
Absolute disgrace. And they breached the consumer law by refusing to give me my refund. Rude woman at the till claiming to be the manager turned her back on me and refused to provide a name. Customer service is extremely poor. Had to travel to Clapham junction to get sorted out.
The variety of goods you can find in this store, make it the perfect go to for any sort of necessity. Reasonable prices as well

You didn't know you needed it until you walk through the halls of Tk Maxx! Honestly some really good finds here that'll surprise you on quality, variety and price!
EXCELLENT customer services by the store manger Mr Jahan and young asst manager ....very patient and helpful with efficient communication to resolve the issue . Well done i must say it was the same level as you been served as customer in John Lewis .
Well stocked store. Well organised and staff was polite.
