An Amazing Shopping Experience at TK Maxx, Lakeside!nnI had an unforgettable shopping experience at TK Maxx from start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed.nnThe staff deserve special shou out for their helpfulness throughout my shopping trip.nnThey went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated it. Popped into TK Maxx Lakeside on Sunday and had such a great experience I had to leave a review. I got to the till and asked if they sold gift bags. The staff member, Cornelius, said yes – and then, like a retail superhero, offered to go upstairs and get some for me.nnNow, bear in mind this was during a full-on heatwave… I was melting just standing still. But off he went, cool as anything, and came back with a whole selection of bags for me to choose from.nnSuper polite, helpful, and genuinely lovely – Cornelius went above and beyond. Give that man a fan… and a raise!
On the day this store was visited with my friend, all areas were tidy and well stocked. There were plenty of cashiers at the tills to keep the queens time to a reasonable waiting time. The shop floor was thin on the ground if you're looking for assistance. What was great is they have a small cafe area and the food quality was good although slightly pricey. The staff on the day were friendly, polite and professional.
This place is just like any other TK Maxx. It is massive in size and you do have a lot of options.nPersonally I'm not a fan of this type of way of shopping but I do see the reason why people go here. You can find that odd bargain at a really great rate. I tend to find a lovely item however it will most definitely be in the wrong size and when trying to locate that same item in maybe the size to suit, you won't be finding that at all.nWe found this lovely leather Jacket for £200 but only in xs and s available. Such a shame not available bigger but a lovely item.
I came in today for my click n collect and a staff of TK Maxx named Claire was absolutely very helpful. She responded to my enquiries with smile on her face, went to the back to search for the package and carried the big box out. Her customer service skill is top notch and I’ll recommend her for promotion or other incentives.
