5 star service from the Northampton outlet today. 2 supervisors I met were very helpful. The first when I needed help as a disabled person. The second when I dropped my sunglasses in the store. Ano supervisor found it and it was safely returned to me when I called in later in the day to see if anyone had turned it in. Thank you T K MaxxnYou have wonderful staff.
I visited this store today and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. There was a staff member at the fitting rooms – a tall, dark-haired woman – who behaved extremely rudely. I tried to speak to her twice, but both times she just looked at me without saying a word. The lack of respect and completely inappropriate attitude towards customers left me very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer of this store, but it’s sad to see that some employees can’t even be polite. I hope the management takes action, as this kind of behavior seriously damages the store’s reputation.
Honest reviewnThey do have top brand at ‘alleged’ low prices but recently I’ve been questioning the quality. Is it the same?nI got DKNY joggers and after 2 wears it’s looking very old. I definitely didn’t sit on the floor like a baby.nnI bought shoes and they are all uncomfortable, I mean really aches my feet.nnI think I’ll just buy only kitchen stuff, bags from them henceforth
Decent price on a Radley bag for me & an orbital sander for husband, happy.nCould have been a better experience if the roof was not under repair. The noise was absolutely horrendous. Even the staff were fed up. I could certainly not have worked there that day. Surely, even if essential, such works should be done outside of shop hours. We were glad to get out, and not the only ones by far!
Well laid out store with plenty of room to walk around and relatively tidy.nnAdded bonus of having on-site parking as they sell a wide variety of furniture.
