I came into TK Maxx in Northampton and had a fantastic experience. The store had an impressive product range of high-quality fashion and beauty products as well as gifts, all available at excellent discounted prices. The team were friendly and attentive, and the store was clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. I managed to pick up some designer pieces for a fraction of their usual price. Both the fitting rooms and checkout area were tidy and ran smoothly. I then was served by a boy named Charlie where I received excellent customer service, this TK Maxx is well worth a visit for great value and variety.

I recently had a very disturbing experience at this store. One of the employees showed a clear lack of customer service skills and spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful way. What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the store manager, Debbie.nnInstead of addressing the issue responsibly, Debbie immediately defended the staff without taking the time to listen to my concerns. Her reaction showed a surprising lack of maturity and empathy for a customer who was simply trying to resolve a problem.nnHer dismissive attitude and unwillingness to handle the complaint properly were extremely disappointing. I truly hope the company provides better leadership training, as customers deserve to be treated with respect and understanding.

Not a great choice of some items but  they turn over stock quickly. If you see something you like get it as it probably won't be there the following week.

Always lots of lovely things at good prices.Today  there was a good selection in  beauty products and in baby clothes section .This is my second visit and I will definitely be back.I did have to queue but all the tills were manned and I was soon served by a very nice member of staff which is always good .
