I always go to TK Maxx in Crawley. They have a great collection of designer wear at really good prices. The variety is excellent, and I always enjoy browsing through their clothes, shoes, and accessories. It’s definitely one of my go-to stores for fashion finds.
Even though the shop is very good, the escalator wasn't working and there was a little trash. But still, I liked it as it was reasonable. Crowds can easily increase during rush hour though!
It's alright. Have been shopping in this one for the past ten years, but yesterday I have experienced an absolute disgrace of an experience, so I went in for an replacement product Because the one I bought was used by someone previously, but as I was leaving getting on the escalator to new street station, the security alarms started beeping becausenThey forgot to disable the tag, and I was on the escalator going up, the security guy ran after me even though i said, i'm gonna come back down because I can't stop the escalator, I understand he is doing his job like I don't blame him. But then I was treated like i am some sort of criminal even though I explained the situation, they went through my bags and even took out the dress that I got for my girlfriend from another shop and everything and ran all of them through by the security gate, it was unbareable and stressful for me to be degraded like that as i have done nothing wrong and being wrong by them not doing their job properly, you can only imagine how mad I was In that situation being distrusted for no fault of my own, i would not be mad if get an SORRY for that which takes no effort!!! But I didnt get an apology, I shouldn't have experienced that OR EVEN TO CORPORATE IN THIS SITUATION and i believe no one would want that, now I have second thoughts going back there again, and yes, things like this can happen, but no one should be treated like a criminal until they are proven.
The security guard at the exit was selectively filtering letting in or not customers with whatever he classified decided as “food” and being quite rude. Aggressively stopping those customers that he doesn’t like and decides not to let in telling them harshly to read the notice “somewhere” outside which location could not be found! Please get some training customer relation how to be polite with the customers, you have a job due to the customers not vice versa. It was very putting off the store experience! Management please check the attitude yourself like “secret manager” checks the employees. Hopefully somebody would read this note and take necessary measures.
Today, my daughter chose an alarm clock which was on sale. Got to the tills only to be told that is not the price, insinuating we put on a sale sticker because the item had no fault. Tha cashier then proceeded to remove the sticker, but it wouldn't budge. I was offered no explanation, just asked if I still wanted it. A bit pretentious and the staff way to rude for a second hand with faulty items shop.
