I bought a couple of dog toys from here, they were sold as dog ‘chew toys’ however within 5-10mins my spaniel had take a chunk out of each of them and swallowed bits of plastic. I took them back the next day hoping for a refund for the poor quality and to inform them the product was not safe but the shop assistant and his manager both said to me the toys coming apart were ‘caused by my dog’ and that the toys states ‘no toy is indestructible’ therefore they were not going to refund me. I felt I was very polite but they were rude and condescending in how they spoke to me and didn’t listen to my concerns. I hate confrontation so I left.nThe only reason I’ve given them 2 stars is once I phoned up Customer Services they gave me a full refund and said they would look into the products.
I complain so much about TK Maxx and how it's a massive designer jumble sale. Went in with my partner as he loves it. I ended up in there for an hour. There was so many bargains and nice decent products. Spent way too much but have changed my mind about TK Maxx. Great store.
Sent my daughter in to exchange, she had TK Maxx d it was brought the day before to the Exeter manger , James the Exeter manger then went on to say how do I know she didn't steal it , erm CCTV she walked in with it .... You don't stock that item ... Instead I had to call the other store to prove !!! James should not be a manager he went above and beyond to belittle my daughter when he could of made simple steps like calling the other store like I did or enter the item number . I brought her a bag as a reward for passing qualifications and he turned it to drama and took the enjoyment out of her being rewarded . Tk Max don't really seem to care just wanna shove gift cards as an apology it's not about money .... Train your employees not to be bully's and know the store policy
Soo... good spicy and crunchy. Planning to experiment and add it to a dip fry tomorrow. But will absolutely recommend it in noodles
A fun browse and activity to do if you’ve got some time on your hands. Staff are helpful and there’s lots of products and options to look at.
