I overspent! I do like tk max. Lots of choice. Some lovely Christmas things. Nice easy store to access. Plenty of parking.
I’ve never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior in any store before! The cashier was unpleasant, and Trish assistant manager was no better—both acted in an obnoxious and disrespectful manner. The cashier made assumptions about my purchase without any basis in fact and refused to listen to reason. Instead of treating me like a customer, they based their decisions on incorrect assumptions, rather than the actual situation. An absolute disgrace. Tragic experience overall.
