An amazing ancient structure serving the food needs of an entire community. The quality of workmanship stands as testimony to the longevity and excellent condition. Well worth a visit with the surrounds arts and cafe.
Beautiful and peaceful place to explore, if you looking for a place to emerge with calming nature and historical buildings this is the place to come to. Me and my BF we had a retreat day and really enjoyed the walk around the buildings. Unfortunately we arrived too late so could not see the inside of the buildings, but still was very nice for exploring a new area.
A lovely historic building, nice little tea room next to it too! The town is definitely worth a wander, with lots to look at and plenty of places to eat and drink.
An impressive building, but it is essentially a big empty barn. Worth visiting if you're passing but not for going out of your way to go to it.
Not many parking spaces. £2.40 for two hours. Plenty of little shops and cafe outlet type things. Right by the river and an easy walk to town. Good for dog walks, can't take dogs in the barn although not sure why you'd want to.
