They fixed a leaking roof and gave 7 yr guarantee for the work. It leaked again when it rained. Called them and the guy came and said he has fixed it this time but it leaked again. The person came 3rd time, he said he fixed the roof felt last time there might be some damaged tiles, to fix them he will charge more. Paid him though it should be part of previous job as they didn't fix the leak. The roof leaked even after that. I have tried to contact them many times but no one responds, 7 yr guarantee useless.
