Very nice Chinese food from tingley chinese. It’s been our favourite for a lot of years. Food always hot and freshly made and delivered quickly too. Staff are ok. As of September 2022 it has a 4 out of 5 for food hygiene rating which is good from U.K. food hygiene standards. Absolutely gorgeous food. Hot too. Use this Chinese quite a bit. Never disappointed. Would definitely recommend. Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose.
Wouldn’t order again! Beef curry tasted like fresh air tasteless Spare ribs were pure bone, chips drip white and the shocking portion of salt and pepper chicken wasn’t even chicken! What have I just eaten? Wasn’t good for my IBS
How do you know if its coming!? Ordered it, moneys gone out of my account, hour and half later...still no food. No one ever answers the phone. Daren't put cooker on incase the bloody thing turns up??
Placed an order online paid by card, this was seven o'clock. Nothing arrived by half eight I called to be told by a very rude female that the order would arrive around nine. When I asked why she said they were really busy and it was my own fault for not ringing them to find out the delivery waiting time before using the online service. She offered a refund which would reach my bank in five working days then told me to cancel it or get off the telephone and wait because I was blocking calls for other people. First and last time I will use them awful service and I haven't even tried the food yet!!!
Ordered a takeaway yes late on a Sunday night but it suspiciously arrived in 15 mins and it’s a 5 min drive away at least. Red curry was disgusting no flavour, weird colour and cold. Rice portion was petty, and duck spring rolls was more like veg spring rolls, and one out of four had a really funny taste AVOID!!
The food I can not fault however we ordered at 6:30 and our food was not delivered until 20:44 we were told there would be a maximum of 1 1/2 hours wait when we ordered which we accepted but to wait over 2 hours and 15 minutes is ridiculous! we’ve been customers for years but the service is now unacceptable, this is happening on regular basis!! If the kitchen can’t cope with the orders you really do have to have a cut off point so you can deliver within a reasonable timescale!!! Unfortunately because of the time it’s taken to deliver again and for it to be luke warm when it eventually arrived we will not order from here again
Absolutely disgusting!!! and I haven't even started on the food. We ordered from here after hearing it was under new management hoping the food has improved. We never found out whether the food has improved as our order never arrived. After waiting 30 minutes OVER the estimated delivery time we called to check how far along they were and assured us it was on its way. As we were only round the corner and another 10 minutes had passed we called back to check they had the correct address. They said they never received our order and that WE must have called another Chinese after speaking to them for the third time. What a joke, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Shocking!! Asked for my meal with no prawns if I eat them I get seriously poorly I got the order just about to set off the woman came out and said did you ask for it with no prawns so said yes and they had put them on but then said we will sort it out but all they did was take the big bits of prawn out in stead of making another one! But maybe if they had people who are more interested in what you are ordering instead of people who are more interested in there phone we might actually get some where!! so if you have an allergy I would avoid this place because you ask for it without they still put it in and then only remove so much of it so you can still end up ill
Ordered food online and booked for 6.30 as you can choose a time online, rang just after 7 and got the same old tune of ‘we’re really busy’ and they don’t have control of their website for times!! So don’t bother ordering online! When the food eventually arrived it was very bland, had no taste, threw it away, safe to say won’t be using again!!! Don’t bother with them!!!
