Whilst visiting Kirriemuir, I phoned an order in and I was told it would take 25 minutes. When I went to collect it I didn’t have to wait. They only take cash which isn’t a problem as there’s a cash machine over the road. They even have a hook for the dogs lead so he could wait at the door. The food was tasty and well cooked. I would use them again if ever back in Kirriemuir.

Had Special Chow Mein last night. Excellent, packed with flavour and loads of different meats.
Dropped in here last night for something different to have with my tea. .. My, what a tidy and clean serve and waiting area. And the girl who handled the orders couldn't have been more helpful, intelligent and polite. Right now, at this moment in Peter Pan town, Peter Chan is the place when you need a good Chinese meal.
Definitely the best Chinese food in Kirriemuir, I placed my order and the food was done 10 minutes later. Bare in mind It was Wednesday night so not sure about a wait on a saturday night but it would be worth the wait for the food I recieved yesterday. See you again soon, Spot on Chinese food.
Have ordered from here several times for collection and it has always been perfect. It is classic UK Chinese takeout food with all the usual favorites. Only thing I'd suggest would be for them to do some Set Meal combos.

Nothing short of a disgrace. Having been told that my order would be ready in 30 minutes I attended 35 minutes later knowing I might have to wait another 10 or so due to COVID restrictions. 50 MINUTES LATER and fully 30 MINUTES after they had taken my money at the door I finally got my food. There was another chap there who had waited longer with his young daughter getting more and more upset. Asked to speak to the manager/owner only to be told that he was too busy to come and speak to a paying customer. Asked about possible good will partial refund for the poor service and suggested that the chap with his daughter should get a full refund and keep his food only to be told by the young girl the owner was hiding behind that you ‘either take your food or your money’ exact words by the way. An embarrassment of a.business run by an absolute coward who hid behind his poor part time teenage staff. Will NEVER EVER get another single penny out of me!
Just ordered a meal to take it home and discover uncooked chicken. called and was told it was cooked. Went back with it had to wait ten minutes for the chef "Dennis" and a chinese woman to come through and stand shouting at me telling me its a different type of chicken. I know the difference between cooked and raw chicken. Absolute disgrace, no customer service from this very rude man.
On Saturday my husband and I had our first ever meal from Peter Chan. I had Chefs special fried rice with bbq sauce on the side my husband had Chicken Maryland. picked it up bang on time 25mins opened it up, my meal was perfect but my husband got tray of chips with 4 small sausages and another bag of chips. Maybe thats your definition of chicken maryland but not mine. We thought about returning it but it was such a miserable evening we just threw most of his away my meal was perfect. Most disappointed. Would like an apology.
