I've always went to Tim's when I am driving through Newtownards, the food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and helpful, a great example of a family run business.Food: 5/5
Went in for a trial managed to stay an hour and had to go..the only place I've known to make u put your phone in a bucket with the rest pans arent wiped down that often and when trying to bag food was told no only him and his wife do it like fair enough if yous have your roles set but ask for a cleaner if that's really what your looking were friendly at the start but too much whispering going on between him and the wife..food looks good and nice enough to customers so couldn't say anything really bad about them just wouldnt reccomend if you've worked in other chippys

Pastie supper, sausage supper ,fish and chips,burgers,sit in area.friendly owner and staff. Stocking Maine bottled lemonade good county Antrim stuff . The complete carryout. Cocoa coala memoribalia amazing. Carpark a few steps from the door.
A popular place, can get very busy and with good reason. Never had a bad meal from this place, prices are pretty reasonable, around average chippy prices. Great staff too. Definitely recommend it
Outstanding fish and chips, cooked while you wait and they are well worth waiting for. 11.99 for two full fish suppers is amazing value. Soooo tasty.

Tried the rest but this is the best. Great menu and offers on suppers free pastie, food always cooked to order, friendly staff.
I was with my Family there3Kids last year in October, we are from Berlin ,Germany. We were looking for Lunch, and then we went in here. It was great and very nice. When we come again to Northern Ireland, we will join here at Tim's.
Love Tim's I think it sells the best chips in Ards and prices great. Does a delivery service also. Car park beside free parking after six o'clock. Very nice staff and really efficient and clean.
