Had a battery fitted to a very expensive watch. The first person could not get the back to fit back on. I had to call next day to see if it had been sorted. A different person had not been told about it so nothing had been done. He sorted it very quickly but it entailed 2 visits to the store instead of one.
Used Timpsons Bury St Edmunds a couple of times over the last week. Got a suit dry cleaned and brought a watch battery which I couldn't find anywhere else. Good service would reccomend.
Popped in for a quick watch battery replacement. Met the new manager of the shop who was an excellent bloke. Customer service was awesome, happy to run to their sister store when he realised he didn't have the right battery in. Timpson's, keep a hold of this guy, he'll do you right! Also cut me 2 new house keys and overall price was very reasonable.

Offered great service, was having issues with my car key not always working and the gentleman youngish bloke had a quick look, and offered the cut brand new key for me quite cheap. Always friendly whenever you arrive and willing to have a laugh. Would highly recommend this store and will return if need any keys cutting again
I can’t recommend this enough. Saved me a fortune, was able to cut my Kia Picanto key. Confirmed over the phone that they could cut it before I drove 30 miles to their store. Fast service, took them 10 minutes. Both keys that I got cut work. This timpson is an auto specialist, make sure you give them a go.
I went specifically to have new batteries fitted to two watches. One, a good quality watch, the other a very cheap, £4.50 buy from ebay. I was told they would cost £19.95 each, so I said no thanks and left.
'The face' served me today. Great chap. Had a bit of a chat and got a lifetime guarantee agreement for my watch battery. Many thanks. :-
Very expensive for keys start from 9 pounds I advise look else where 1st unless your desperate
