I popped in to see if i could get a watchstrap that I'd bought from amazon to be fitted. The guy was friendly and fitted the strap quickly and professionally. When I asked him what the damage was, he replied, nothing, not a problem! Top service.
I have always had a good reliable service from Timpson , but Dave at the Cwmbran branch offers an Olympic standard in courtesy, helpfulness, advice and professionalism. Every item he repairs is top quality. This is a high standard that reflects the quality of the brand ....why go any where else ?

A very good Store to have Watch Batteries replaced. Key remotes for cars and Shoes cobled. They never let me down and always go out of the way to help.
A few years ago, I took an iPhone in for a new screen. When they took the old screen off, the battery swelled up and exploded, burning the phone to a crisp. This wasn’t Timpsons fault, it just happened. They replaced the phone with a very good, refurbished one, free of charge. The staff are amazing, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile
Excellent service. Toyota replacement key. Was referred to Cwmbran branch from culver house as needed the latest coding device. Called within 15 mins of leaving culver house to offer appointment that day. Quickly coded the fob. Really good value and great service. Would recommend.
