I spoke with Steve Wilson at this Timpson regarding an engraving of a lock as a wedding gift. Not only did he tell me everything I needed to know, he fast-tracked my order, was super insightful when helping me choose a font to suit the lock and was just - overall - the nicest person to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Steve for the next thing from keys and heels to anything in-between.
Very helpful and polite staff. I was very happy with the service. They offer watch repair services including battery change as well as key cutting and shoe repair. Overall the price was reasonable and had the work guaranteed for upto a year.
Had 2 keys from another Timpson store which didn't work. Turns out I needed 2 completely new keys cut. Excellent prompt service thanks god for the guarantee and this particular branch of Timpsons. Would definitely use again.
Steve is helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to repair my watch as it caused him a couple of issues! A very satisfied customer.

Clearly not open 24 hours. Attempted to change this but edit was rejected. Also this is a duplicate but again, the edit hasn't gone through. The actual one is just called Timpsons. It has much more correct information than this one does.
Do so much more now than just shoe and key cutting.
Decent service. Staff are helpful.
