I was in danger of the handles of my workbag splitting while my laptop was in the bag. They have been replaced and the bag is much stronger than it ever was and looks just as good if not better than before.. I had a previous, similar experience with a pair of walking boots where my dog chewed up the tongue - they successfully replaced the tongue and the boots last for years afterwards. Money spent well.
