Made enquiry in a local branch & was told they couldn't do what I wanted so I had to travel 12 miles to another branch. On arrival I was curtly told that the engraving I wanted was £20 per word and would take over 4 hours so could "take it or leave it" - I left it, to never again return.

Great place for key cutting, gifts and shoe repairs. Ideal repairs and vice on work boots/shoes and our riding/mucker boots. Fast and reliable service, very popular too.

I had two links removed from a watch strap, staff were excellent. Only one gripe was the cost, £10 for a two minute job!

Fantastic service here , I been using this place for years , the man who runs it is a lovely guy and we had a chat about some of the lovely gifts they sold

I needed passport photo and it was a lockdown. So I checked Timpson website if the are any branches open near me providing the service. When I arrived at Great Barr branch I've been told they don't have capacity although website stated differently and there was a poster inside advertising the service. I could understand if the man would told me that they don't do it because of the lockdown, but he actually guided me to another branch in Walsall about 20 mins drive where the owner had no facility to do any photographs, ever, and was clearly surprised. If they don't care about us - why should we care about them?

Couldn’t believe how much a rip off this place is. Over priced in every department; I went to the park place shoe repairs in Quasar Centre who were much more professional and cheaper.

Took my megalith watch here for a battery replacement the fitter scratched the back of the watch getting the back off to replace the battery

Sorry I don't rate this company as there are far cheaper options especially in the market in West Bromwich an a first class job by this guy
