24/02/23: fantastic, quick and friendly service today at Time-Piece Watch Repairs. Was served through the little hatch and explained I needed some links removed from a new watch, bought as a present. Watch on wrist was measured up and a couple of 'fit options' were discussed. Advised it would be £9.99 and it would take about 20 minutes. Receipt given, but payment upon collection. Returned, but was unsure if it felt correct on my wrist. Was offered to walk round for a bit and return for an alteration if I wasn't happy. Decided after I'd continued shopping that it was comfortable and fit correctly.
I bought a watch for my son for £24.99, about 3 months later, the second handle came off. I took it back to get repaired 19.12 I was told it would cost £9.99 and first was asked how long I was staying that day in Bury, but it was only an hour I said I’d come back when it’s ready the following day or the day after. I called them about 3 days later to ask about the watch as they did not call me. I was told it had been repaired and they are testing it. Got a message 10.01 that I could go to pick the watch up. My children went today 14.01 to pick it up they had to pay £19.99. The manager had excuses for everything, it’s there busiest period and they were closed/ the price was probably misheard or misinterpreted/ the handle does not come off so it must had been kicked or dropped none of those happened. So I would definitely not buy any more watches from them, because, yes, I agree, handles should not just come off by themselves. I would not ask for repair if they had said it cost nearly as much as the watch cost originally. He offered we could take the watch back, so they could take the handle off and give us a refund. I said no, as I waited nearly a month for it, wouldn’t like to go back there ever again. I hope the watch will work longer than 3 months after good 2 weeks of professional testing.

Went today with a loose clasp and wanting a small adjustment on the bracelet. Nice to deal with, good service at a very good price. Will certainly go again in future for any watch related issues.
Looked after my watch, and looked after me. I was upset about going in the pool with my watch on. Gave good advise. They couldn't guarantee that drying out would work. The process was going to be £25. I could try it, or I could put that amount towards a new watch. As it was sentimental value I decided to try it. I dropped it off on Saturday. They said it would take a few days, I called on Wednesday just in case and it had been done and tested. Paul of Time-Piece Watch Repairs, Bury, was sympathetic, considerate and efficient. I was very pleased with the whole process.
An absolutely fantastic experience..Paul went above and beyond to help and was more than happy to answer any questions I had about my watch ..supplied me with the pictures I needed for my insurance company, pressure tested and had the watch back on my wrist within half an hour. Very knowledge and a delight to be treated just how customers should be.. Excellent service provided by Paul..for anything regarding watches.....don't go anywhere else first class!!!!
I would like to give the main man Jack a wonderful shout out he supported in fixing my Fully skeleton COPACABANA watch. To management of the store. What a great asset you have in Jack. Quick and efficient. Highly recommended
The staff at the bury branch were excellent, courteous and very customer friendly. Paul was extremely polite and helpful will definitely be using them again for all my watch needs.
