Went to the shop today looking for a strap for my Panerai, assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, it's a daily watch so I didn't want to spend a fortune on the strap from Panerai themselves but fancied a change from.the standard Rubber Strap.

Very very unhappy. took my wife watch (a gift from me , rarely used, and almost like new) there for battery replacement. expect a quick and easy job but I had it after 20 minutes and found two big scratches at the back. advise don't use this shop for any services.

VERY DISSATIFIED - Took a ring to be resized... went to collect it when advised it was ready and they gave me someone else's ring. They didn't know where mine was. Two agonising days later they found it. Mix up.. No proper apology, no gesture made for inconvenience and stress.

Complete waste of time, put a watch in to have a new battery. Told to return in 30 mins, 40mins later, still not done. Asked if I could return in another 30 mins. Not really as that's the only reason for me being up town centre
