Story

We sell a wide range of pets and pet supplies. We have a newly built, well stocked animal room. We also sell salt, coal, Calor gas and wildbird products.
We have friendly, well trained staff who hold a variety of different animal qualifications between them.

We stock a wide variety of animals including: Mice, Dwarf hamsters, Gerbils, Syrian Hamsters, Rats, Degus, Chinchillas, Guinea Pigs, a wide Variety of Rabbit Breeds, Ferrets and Kittens. We stock a large selection of Birds including various Finch Species, Canaries, Budgerigars, Lovebirds and Cockatiels, aswell as poultry and waterfowl including Chickens, ducks and Quail.

We came in here needing feed and advice for our 12 week old puppy. Staff were very friendly, informative, and very willing to take the time to offer advice. Great place.
Love going here. They take the time and effort. It’s not big and corporate but rather down to earth and everyone has a friendly smile. I go here for chicken feed and oyster shells.

The staff here are SO friendly and welcoming. They give you great advice. They all seem to be pet owners themselves, so always have a real empathy towards the customers. As a dog owner, I'm happy with their great selection of raw food, and all the chews and treats they stock. It's a great little shop, with great staff and a great selection of food, treats and pet accessories. It might be a little pricey compared to other places....BUT, I still give it 5 stars cos I think it's a brilliant shop and only 3 minute drive away. Keep up the good work folks!!!
Called in today if your going to buy a fury pet this is the place. The animals were well looked after. And the staff were extremely knowledgeble. Thanks for all your advise

Bought our rabbits here and they are really hardy little fellas. Time 4 pets must source good breeders. Always buy our supplies here and the staff could not be more helpful. Always.willing to carry large items to the car or give advice on products. Brilliant little pet shop.
Rude staff, when I arrived both members where outside of the shop on their phones. Very unhelpful and when I approached them with a question I was met with a rude response.I then purchased what I needed to , when I went to pay the staff were once again rude and they was having a conversation amongst them selves about personal hygiene issues. The conditions in which their animals are kept in are in adequate. The rabbits had a corn treat, which is toxic to rabbits and can cause blockages, when we brought this up to the staff we was told that “things happen”. Overall wouldn’t Recommend this shop and will not be visiting again.
Brilliant Staff so helpful. I had lots of questions and they patiently explained everything. I left with all I needed. Good prices as well Thank you.
