Used Timbertherm to replace about 18 windows in our Oast house. All through they were professional, communicated well, sorted out minor problems quickly and cheerfully, and most important left us with an end product that we are delighted with. Highly recommended.

Timbertherm have completed an excellent job on our property, a total of 14 windows have been installed. The experience has been consistently superb from beginning to end. The quality of the windows installed is fantastic and has really enhanced the appearance of our 1930's property. The team of fitters were so careful and created so little damage when removing our old windows it was quite unbelievable reviewing the final results. Everything was completed exactly as we was promised. We could not have asked for more. Thanks all at Timbertherm, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Following a letter received from timbertherm through the post after we had received planning for our garage conversion and extension to a grade 2 listed property we decided to use timbertherm for our new windows. We could not have had a better outcome, from measuring to installing the process was seamless. Our windows also included bi folding doors and French doors along with a unique triangle gable end to our garage which is simply stunning. The men on site were utterly professional and the installation process took approximately 2 days, the large gable end being fitted in half a day. There was no mess caused and only new build making good to be done. We were so impressed with the workmanship, windows themselves and speed of installation that we decided to replace all of the windows at the rear of our property to match which included replacing another set of bi folding doors. This process was the most outstanding, the men arrived on time and by the end of day 2 had replaced all windows and doors, including any carpentry, plaster and mastic to make good around frames. They had even kept all tiles around the windows intact, along with floor tiles which have under floor heating beneath. They completely cleared up after themselves too. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending timbertherm, our experience has been first class. Jay Chelmsford.

My wife and I recently renovated a reasonably large house in Windsor, that needed pretty much everything replaced. As novices in this field, we were pretty intimidated, in particular in relation to some of the larger cost items such as the windows. All in all, we needed 22 box sash windows, 5 of which were arched at the top and therefore more complex. All I can say is thank goodness we came across timbertherm, who we found at the grand designs show. Aside from the fact they were competitive on the pricing, they were also incredibly preoccupied by making our buying experience a positive one. I knew nothing about windows, but they studiously took me through everything I needed to know, but without slagging off the competition. They armed me with some sensible questions, which helped me to separate the chaff from the wheat, and upon signing the contract they remained genuinely interested in seeing it through. Michael in particular was fantastic. He really is customer obsessed...and we're incredibly grateful for all his hard work (and that of his colleagues behind the scenes). The house is now done and looks amazing...not least due to the fantastic windows. No stealth charges along the way...and the only minor issue was a one week delay on delivery. For 22 windows...that's not too bad...especially consideridering the original delivery date was 4 weeks quicker than the typically quoted period for the competition. Thanks timbertherm. Good job.

From start to finish a great job done!, we have had over 40 windows supplied and fitted, the sash with concealed springs have worked very well on the look of the house and has enabled us to keep the important 30's look but with NO leaks and rattles, great quality!
