Took a vacuum cleaner in for repair. New motor had varying power so needed a capacitor checked to regulate the power. They took £20 from me and sent it off to Abergavenny. When I spoke to the person in Abergavenny, they advised me that it wasn't the sort of job that they'd undertake. Vacuum cleaner got returned to the store and I got no refund. If they'd told me in the first place that they can't check a capacitor, then I wouldn't have bothered sending it off at the cost of £20.

Good range of cookers in store, friendly and helpful staff. The instalation team were friendly and professional I would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered, on behalf of my sister in law, who does not have access to social media, 3 items for delivery to the Rhondda. Mark, who I dealt with, helped me through the whole process. The delivery of the new items and their installation and the disconnection of an old gas cooker and connection of a new gas cooker and the removal of the old items was all included in the order. The delivery guys were great, on time and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to others.

We bought a Washing Machine and a Tumble Dryer from A F Thomas Newport. Sales staff were extremely helpful, delivery and installation were on time and professional. Price was very competitive. Have used them often over the years, Highly recommended.

Excellent service as previously.   Great help with recommending an alternative product when our first choice was out of stock.   They delivered when expected and delivery staff were also very good.
