A guy called Harvey served us at Tim Horton Lakeside. I cant appreciate and thank enough for such a brilliant service. My kids took long to decide and he was calm patient and professional all the way. He was marvellous and we intend on coming again because of having great service from Harvey!nThanks Harvey & Tim Hortons
1 star reviews are rare for me.nThe kids meal was missing the coloring book. When I asked a staff member, he looked confused. He looked in a couple of other kid meals that were being made to go, which also did not have the book. It turns out they had run out of the books and were just pushing out the kid meals with just the crayons. So he gave me one of the tray papers since they are blank on the back. This was a first.nThe food... our little one wasn't interested in eating the sandwich. As you can see in the picture, the sandwich looks extremely dry and looks nowhere near what is on the menu.nThe burger was not put together nicely. The meat was probably the worst tasting I've had in any fast food place.nThe Maple BBQ loaded fries must have been made for a while before being put on our tray. They were soggy and not very maple BBQ tasting.nLooking around, the place was busy, but at no time should customers have to clean off tables, as we did, so they have a place to sit.nLet's not even talk about the toilets.
Quick service. Nice breakfast with a decent machine made coffee. Very clean with no dirty tables. You can take your dog in but be sensible and sit in the corners. DONT RUIN IT FOR OTHERS.
Tim Hortons in Thurrock offers a distinct experience compared to your average coffee shop. Their coffee is excellent, and their food menu is surprisingly varied, featuring everything from burgers and wraps to crispy onion rings and a tempting selection of sweets.nnThe interior is spacious and roomy, with the added benefit of outdoor seating. However, the customer service could be more friendly and attentive. On my last visit, one of the outdoor tables was unfortunately covered with ants, suggesting that cleanliness might be an issue. Perhaps this branch is understaffed, and I hope the management looks into these matters.nnOtherwise, it's a great place to enjoy coffee and/or fast food.
Food is okay, simple fast food nothing special. Cheeseburger was a little bit mid but not bad for the price. However their french vanilla and honey kruller is to die for!
