I visit this place regularly with my children, and the service has always been good. However, on our most recent visit after school, on what was the hottest day of the year so far—the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly.nI spoke to a member of staff about it, but their response was simply that there was nothing they could do and that they were also feeling hot. Unfortunately, this response made us decide to leave, as we were not able to feel refreshed, which was our main intention for stopping by.nAs we were about to leave, I noticed another staff member trying to operate the air conditioning with a remote control. When I mentioned what I had been told earlier, she explained that the staff member I spoke to was new. I understand this, but I feel it would have been better if they had checked with a manager rather than giving that response to a customer.
I’ve never been to a TH before today and hadn’t even heard of it. I went on the recommendation of a family member plus it was close. It’s a fast food chain however I felt it was a bit more up market than your standard KFC or similar. They have a nice clean restaurant, comfortable chairs and sofas, an easy screen ordering system, and large clean toilets.nnI got a chicken, bacon and honey burger which was great and my partner had the bacon cheeseburger. The loaded lattice fries were really nice too but one portion was a bit soggy. Both our coffees were excellent which was quite unexpected as I don’t usually pair fast food and good coffee together. Loads of sweet treats too. I will absolutely be back
Very Disappointed – Tim Hortons GravesendnnI ordered an Iced Mango Matcha from Tim Hortons Gravesend and was extremely disappointed. The cup was filled mostly with ice, and the actual drink was gone in just three sips. It felt like I paid for a cup of ice rather than a proper drink, which is very poor value for money.nnI was also concerned about the food preparation. I noticed staff handling food without wearing gloves, which made me question the hygiene standards in the store.nnI expected much better quality and service from Tim Hortons. I hope management looks into both the drink portions and hygiene practices so other customers don’t have the same experience.
With hindsight this should have been the warning I listened to. I went to use the bathroom, which was extremely dirty, no toilet roll and no hand soap. I left to enjoy my drink on the way home. It tasted not quite right but I thought it just needed a mix, however once I did that all I could taste was dirty water that turned sour.nI binned it without even getting halfway through, fast forward 6 hours and the stomach cramps and being trapped in The bathroom have ensured I will not be returning and would not recommend anyone visiting!nJust to add I used to come here regularly when first opened with no problems at all, very disappointing!
I loved coffee at Tim Hortons until now. I usually order cappuccino, but this time instead of coffee I've got the water. I did only few steps to collect my coffee after the order. But my order was already ready. When I try my coffee, I understood why it was ready so fast. No coffee just a water. When I returned it back, the waitress said that perhaps she added a lot of milk and can not make the new one. I did not ask about make new one, but how it possible to sell water instead of coffee and even did not apologise?
