You need a solicitor mostly when bad things are happening.  Annaleise Barber has supported me through some awful times and she is a fantastic knowledgable professional but also a very caring person. Have also just used Leanne Scott in the conveyincing department and she was also excellent.

Absolutely shambolic experience if I could award zero stars I would. If you want a professional service avoid this company. From loss of paperwork, a failure to identify who is actually dealing with my case and a persistent failure to return any calls. Appalling
