Great tiles, great prices. Staff go out of their way to help and tilers did excellent job. Wouldn't go anywhere else for tiles.
Ciaran was very helpful and let me take tiles to Hannaways to check if they matched kitchen - advised me to take extra box and he was right as we needed it
Wouldn’t recommend, I purchased tiles for the ground floor my house approx 1700 sq ft. at quite an expense. All rooms except two were completed in the same tile, a semi gloss Spanish Gris. A few weeks after the tiles were laid we moved into the house and with led lights and sunlight on the tiles multiple scores were visible on each tile. These scores were in a circular pattern and very strange for new tiles. I believe the gloss finish is faulty and reported this. I phoned Ciaran and reported the issue straight away. I was assured the problem would be reported to the rep and resolved, 4 months later still waiting on the issue being resolved. Not impressed with the after service. The company knew there was further business to be had but this wasn’t enough to drive good customer service. Very disappointing.
Asked twice for this company to come and give me a quote, they didn’t bother even ringing.
The best place to buy Tiles staff very friendly and helpful very good selection and good price
